The most famous comedy in Greek cinema chronicles the adventures of a group of soldiers who, during their compulsory service in 1967 and 1968, and during the military dictatorship in Greece, are sent to the then newly created television of YENED. The staff was comprised by soldiers, who already had had the experience in the film industry from their lives as citizens, but also others that were being trained by the army.
